The first step is to construct these two frames out of 2x4s.
Then you simply add the cedar fence pickets to the outsides of the frames to surround the edges.
The propane tank will go in between the 2 facet panels.
Then I simply added the back and front cedar fence pickets to the facet panels.
For the highest, I set a 1×3 piece on prime of the 2×4 frames and hooked up the highest cedar fence pickets to it and added a hinge on the again.
This propane tank cowl desk turned out so nice for being such a fast and straightforward challenge!
